Free Advanced Pilot Class (New Friday Class!)
Last month, we held our Advanced Pilot Class and both sessions were fully booked. Thank you so much to everyone who joined!
After the last pilot class, our Advanced class filled up. So we are opening a new class on Fridays at 17:00 (JST). If the morning class didn’t work for you before, this time might suit you better.
We’ll hold a pilot class on May 8 (Friday) so you can try it for yourself. There will be only one session with a maximum of 6 participants, so please sign up early if you are interested.
Meet Your Teacher: Izumi
This class will be led by Izumi, one of our most experienced Advanced and High-Advanced teachers. She will also be teaching the regular Friday class.
She’s known for giving clear and thoughtful feedback on your speaking, and her explanations are always easy to follow. Her lessons are well structured and run smoothly online, and she’s also very comfortable with digital tools.
If you’ve been curious about Advanced-level learning, this is a great chance to experience her class.
What We Practice in our Advanced Class
This class is for learners who are ready to move beyond simply speaking Japanese, and start using it with clear intention and structure.
We use authentic articles as a starting point, and focus on:
choosing what information to include (and what to leave out)
organizing your ideas clearly and logically
managing the flow of your explanation
responding to others and developing the discussion
The goal is not to learn more grammar or vocabulary, but to use what you already know more effectively.
Who This Class Is For
This class is a good fit if you:
have ideas, but feel your explanations are hard to follow
want to improve how you say things, not just what you say
know a lot of vocabulary/grammar, but struggle to use it naturally
want to actively participate in meaningful discussions
